MOT Tester/Technician
Hours:
The Company's normal opening times are
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm,
Every other Saturday 9am to 4pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview.

Salary:
£35k - £45k per year

Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician or similar role.
-
Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Valid driver's license.

Job Responsibilities:
-
All MOT Testers must hold a valid MOT Tester licence which is issued by the DVSA
-
To carry out MOT test to DVSA standard and input the details on the DVSA computer system
-
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of cars and some vans.
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
-
Conduct inspections and assessments to identify any potential problems.
-
Vehicle servicing, oil changes, and brake inspections/replacements.
-
Repair or replace faulty components and parts.
-
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and recommendations for additional services when necessary.
-
Work collaboratively with our office team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of work orders.
